MKB Fonds further expands within ICT service sector through participation in Arrix

MKB Fonds, the Amsterdam-based private equity firm which invests and participates in robust and mature SMEs using funds from private investors, has decided to participate in ICT service provider Arrix from Drachten. MKB Fonds has previously participated in similar Dutch ICT enterprises, which have entered into a mutual collaboration under the name Futureproof Group. Through this collaboration, the enterprises profit from economies of scale and knowledge exchange. Managed IT is also planning to join this collaboration.
