Futureproof Group has taken over Rotterdam-based Nedcomp as of April 1, 2023. Nedcomp is known for its Managed Cloud services. For example, they carry out the full technical management of the hosting environments for numerous customers in the healthcare sector and SMEs. They take care of the entire process, from advising, designing, setting up, migrating, managing, upgrading, maintaining, monitoring to documenting and analyzing.
The Nedcomp team is constantly looking for opportunities to improve the quality of service for its customers and to increase its knowledge and range of services. Given the speed with which the IT landscape is developing and in order to accelerate the realization of the organisation's ambitions, Nedcomp has joined the Futureproof Group, a renowned Dutch group of IT service providers.
Micros and Nedcomp join forces
Within this strong group of IT companies, Nedcomp will join Micros Internetdiensten. The day-to-day management of both Nedcomp and Micros will lie with Frans Poldervaart as operational director and the commercial management of the organization with Johan Vavier. They will join the organization immediately. Both gentlemen look forward to working with the Nedcomp team and customers with enthusiasm.

Not only is the position in the Rotterdam region further strengthened, but the acquisition of Nedcomp also further expands the product portfolio in managed hosting and cloud services.
