Mijdrecht, 11 February 2021 - Advisor ICT Solutions (Advisor) has taken over ICT service provider Nextlevel ICT (Nextlevel) as of 1 February. The acquisition is in line with the ambitions of both organizations. For Advisor, part of the Futureproof Group, the purchase fits in with a growth strategy. By joining Advisor, Nextlevel gains access to, among other things, Advisor's partner network and the associated extra services, knowledge and experience.
Nextlevel is based in De Meern and provides advice and managed ICT services to medium-sized organizations throughout the Netherlands, taking the business opportunities of customers as a starting point. The Nextlevel team works from the head office in De Meern and from two service points in The Hague and Utrecht. In this way, both remote and on-site service can be provided to customers.
The sale to Advisor comes at exactly the right time for the De Meern company. Luc Smeets: “In recent years we have put a lot of energy into professionalizing the organization and our services. Thanks to Advisor's economies of scale, experience, knowledge, and skills, we can now accelerate those ambitions.”
Keep making progress
The current management team, which consists of Tjerk Remmert in addition to Luc Smeets, will transfer the day-to-day management of Nextlevel to the Advisor management team consisting of Eric van 't Boveneind and Dennis Broman after an extensive transfer period. The rest of the organisation, staffing and business locations, will remain unchanged. For the time being, the business activities will continue to be carried out under the label name Nextlevel ICT. This means that Nextlevel customers will continue to work with their trusted contacts under the same conditions.
