Mior ICT Diensten and Cumulus IT, leading ICT service providers based in Waalre, have become part of Futureproof Group since July 10, 2023, a renowned Dutch ICT service provider that operates as a 'House of Brands' from multiple clusters and under various labels. This collaboration enables the companies to benefit from the knowledge and economies of scale of Futureproof Group. With these acquisitions, Futureproof Group is taking the next step in their ambition to further expand its presence in the Brainport region.

Mior and Cumulus are all-round ICT service providers specialized in proactive ICT management, ICT security, Microsoft365 solutions and professional connectivity for the SME segment. The primary goal of the organizations is to be a reliable and professional ICT partner for its customers. Mior and Cumulus will continue to serve its customers under their current names and with the same team, headed by Marc Lammers and Diana Meulendijks. Together they will focus on promoting further growth in the Brainport region and continuously developing their service portfolio.
